Morning Immunity Elixir
Feel like you might be coming down with a cold? Take 5 minutes to whip up this healing Elixir, and your immune system will go into full-effect to beat out the bad guys...not to mention, it's delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
- small pinch black pepper
- small pinch sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat water in a small sauce pot till simmering. Add chai tea bag and simmer 1 minute. Add lemon juice, spices, ginger and honey and simmer another minute. Serve!
- OPTIONAL: Add a few tablespoons of coconut or almond milk for creaminess
