Ingredients
2cupswater
1chai tea bag
1tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1/8teaspooncinnamon
1/8teaspoonturmeric
small pinch black pepper
small pinch sea salt
1teaspoonfreshly grated ginger
1teaspoonhoney or maple syrup
Instructions
Heat water in a small sauce pot till simmering. Add chai tea bag and simmer 1 minute. Add lemon juice, spices, ginger and honey and simmer another minute. Serve!
OPTIONAL: Add a few tablespoons of coconut or almond milk for creaminess
