Healthy Vanilla Milkshake

One sip of this milkshake and you'll never go through a drive-thru again! Nourishing enough for breakfast, this addictive treat is perfect on a hot summer day, and you'll never taste the hidden veggie inside!

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
  • 2 medjool dates buy with pit in then remove pit
  • 2 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice


  • Place all ingredients in the order listed in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Optional: garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries for dipping.
