Healthy Vanilla Milkshake
One sip of this milkshake and you'll never go through a drive-thru again! Nourishing enough for breakfast, this addictive treat is perfect on a hot summer day, and you'll never taste the hidden veggie inside!
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
- 2 medjool dates buy with pit in then remove pit
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Place all ingredients in the order listed in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Optional || garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries for dipping.
