Healthy Vanilla Milkshake

- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium ripe banana, frozen
- 2 medjool dates buy with pit in then remove pit
- 2 tablespoons raw cashews
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the order listed in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Optional: garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries for dipping.
