Sriracha Ginger Roasted Broccoli

Think veggies are boring? I guarantee you never will again, after trying this recipe! Slightly sweet, very savory and packed with umami, you might find yourself making this side dish your entree!

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium Tamari
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 large head broccoli chopped into 2 inch florets


  • Preheat oven to 415 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In the bottom of a large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except broccoli. Add broccoli florets and use clean hands to coat florets evenly with sauce.
  • Spread broccoli on your baking sheet in an even layer. Roast for 20 minutes, then allow to cool 2-3 minutes before enjoying. Broccoli will keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator for three days.
