Ingredients
1/4cupmayonnaise
4teaspoonssriracha
1 1/2teaspoonsmaple syrup
3tablespoonslow-sodium Tamari
3/4teaspoononion powder
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonground ginger
1tablespoonnutritional yeast
1large head broccolichopped into 2 inch florets
Instructions
Preheat oven to 415 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In the bottom of a large mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except broccoli. Add broccoli florets and use clean hands to coat florets evenly with sauce.
Spread broccoli on your baking sheet in an even layer. Roast for 20 minutes, then allow to cool 2-3 minutes before enjoying. Broccoli will keep tightly sealed in the refrigerator for three days.
