Creamy Peach Mint Popsicles

A dreamy summer treat and one of the first recipes I ever posted!
Servings 4 3-ounce popsicles


  • Popsicle molds


  • 1 ½ cups peaches peeled and roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup packed fresh mint
  • ¾ cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup


  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth. Divide mixture into popsicle molds.
  • Freeze overnight before serving. It may be helpful to run the molds under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles a bit.
