Creamy Peach Mint Popsicles
A dreamy summer treat and one of the first recipes I ever posted!

3-ounce popsicles
Equipment
Popsicle molds
Ingredients
1 ½
cups
peaches
peeled and roughly chopped
¼
cup
packed fresh mint
¾
cup
plain full fat Greek yogurt
2
tablespoons
honey or maple syrup
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth. Divide mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze overnight before serving. It may be helpful to run the molds under hot water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles a bit.
