Immunity Smoothie

This smoothie packs a serious veggie punch with some ingredients you wouldn't expect in a smoothie...but you can't taste them!
Servings 1


  • 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk can sub light or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest approx. 1 orange. Zest before peeling
  • 1 fresh navel orange
  • 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey sub maple syrup or leave out to taste


  • Place all ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed and puree until smooth. Add water as necessary to reach desired thickness.
