This smoothie packs a serious veggie punch with some ingredients you wouldn't expect in a smoothie...but you can't taste them!
- 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk can sub light or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon orange zest approx. 1 orange. Zest before peeling
- 1 fresh navel orange
- 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon raw honey sub maple syrup or leave out to taste
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed and puree until smooth. Add water as necessary to reach desired thickness.
