INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup organic, unsweetened unsalted peanut butter (I used crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place a silicon mini cupcake tray on a baking sheet.
  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Scoop approximately 1 generous tablespoon into each mold. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Pop out of molds, put in a sealed container and enjoy straight from the freezer. Will keep for 2 weeks in the freezer. If you want to drizzle with chocolate sauce, link to the recipe is in the post.

    Hey Laura, where is the link to the chocolate? Do you have a brand you recommend that is healthy already pre made ?

    • Hey Brittany! It is the chocolate sauce from my Chocolate Covered Almond Butter Stuffed dates, I just linked it at the bottom of the post, or you can search for it on my website! I don’t know of a pre-made healthy chocolate sauce unfortunately, but this one is really is to whip up! Best of luck!
