This delicious granola takes less than 10 minutes to make, and it is such a versatile breakfast, snack or topping.

Ingredients
1/2cupunsweetened shredded coconut
1 1/2cupsinstant oats
1cupMedjool dates pittedbuy with the pit-in
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1/2teaspoonvanilla extractor 1/4 tsp almond
2tablespoonsunsweetened milk of choice
Instructions
Add dates to a food processor and blend until they form a chunky paste. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined. Enjoy immediately!
Store leftover rawnola in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, if milk of choice was fresh when you made it.
Notes
*Unless you have a wide-base Vitamix or Blendtec (instead of the original shape with a narrow base), do not attempt this in a blender. It will turn to complete mush for you to get it mixed together.
