Ingredients
1/2cupinstant oats
2teaspoonschia seeds
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1scoopprotein powder of choice
2teaspoonscoconut flakes
1/8teaspoonsea salt
1teaspooncoconut sugar
Optional: 4"x6" plastic baggies
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a baggie or container of choice. Seal and shake to incorporate. Will keep for 1 month at room temperature. Make as many as you like!
