Cherry Almond Bedtime Shake

This cool, creamy shake contains cherries, a natural source of melatonin which can help you sleep. The addition of healthy fats will also ensure that your blood sugar is stable, allowing for uninterrupted rest.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender in the order listed and puree until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
