No Sleep Smoothie Bowl

This is for anyone out there who wakes up exhausted and needs an intense dose of delicious nutrition. I've struggled with sleep my whole life and this has helped me countless times!
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 2 stalks kale de-stemmed
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in the order listed in a high-powered blender or food processor. Use tamper to mash everything together until it forms the consistency of frozen yogurt. Add water as necessary to get the mixture moving; the amount will vary. Alternately, turn this into a smoothie by add another 1/4 cup coconut milk plus 1/2 cup water.
  • Top with any garnish you like and enjoy immediately.
