Hello, Autumn in a bowl. You will be so sad to eat the last scoop of this amazing breakfast, but the great news is that it's easy enough to make every day! Nourishing, creamy and filled with fall spices.

Ingredients
1/4cuppumpkin puree
1cupfrozen banana pieces
1/2teaspooncinnamon
1/8teaspoonnutmeg
1tablespoonalmond butter
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1medjool datepitted
1/4cupfull-fat canned coconut milk
1cupice
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or small (4 cup) food processor. Blend, using the tamper or a spatula to mix, adding water as necessary until you reach the consistency of frozen yogurt. Only use spatula when machine is turned off!
Empty into a bowl and top with whatever you like. I suggest my Easiest Cinnamon Raisin Granola, coconut flakes, dried cherries or cranberries, banana slices, almond butter
