Low-Sugar Green Smoothie

I love a good smoothie, but sometimes I don't want all the sugar from lots of fruit...here are my tips for making an insanely delicious, low-sugar GREEN smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Handful ice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut or cashew butter
  • ¼ teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 scoop stevia-sweetened vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ½ cups loose baby spinach

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until creamy, adding water as necessary to achieve desired texture.
