Move over, Gatorade. This simple, homemade sports drink is packed with nutrition to keep you hydrated after a workout or in the hot sun, but it is also delicious enough to drink just for fun!

Ingredients
3cupswater
2hibiscus tea bagscan sub any refreshing, fruity tea you like
2tablespoonsraw honey
4navel orangesjuiced (approximately 1 cup juice)
1navel orangepeeled
25ouncescoconut water
1/2teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
In a small sauce pot, combine water, tea bags and honey. Heat to medium until honey dissolves completely and tea starts to steep (you will see color bleed out of the tea bag). Remove from heat and set aside. Remove and discard tea bags after 5 minutes.
In a large blender, combine, coconut water, orange juice, whole orange, tea and sea salt. Blender until ingredients are incorporated and liquid is smooth. Store tightly and keep refrigerated. Mixture will last for 1 week in the fridge.
