Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. This is a thick batter and it will almost become dough-like if you let it sit out longer than 10 minutes. This is completely fine.
Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Using a 1/3 cup measure, scoop batter and add to the heated skillet. Depending on the consistency of the batter, use a wide-set spatula to flatten the batter to ½ inch thickness. Make as many pancakes as you can fit in the pan without touching.
Cook until the edges have become rounded and golden. You should be able to insert the spatula underneath without the batter sticking. This is approximately 2 minutes.
Flip and cook until batter no longer sticks, approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Serve topped with Bananas Foster Sauce and extra Maple Syrup or nut butter.
