INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1/2 frozen banana (approximately 3-4 1 1/2" chunks
  • 3/4 cup fozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Ultra
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsalted, unsweetened peanut butter (sub almond or cashew)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch cinnamon
  • Optional: stevia drops to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender, in the order listed, and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy immediately! Note: I personally use 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 2 drops stevia
