INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup frozen organic kale or spinach
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 1 scoop sugar-free chocolate protein powder (I like Welleco brand)
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina (optional) (I like Zhou nutrition from Amazon)
  • 2-3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp almond butter & 1 tsp chia seeds for more fiber & protein
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in the order listed and blend until completely smooth! After making it 1-2 times, you may find you like different ratios better so feel free to play around!
