Maple Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

INGREDIENTS
  • 3/4 cup organic, unsweetened unsalted peanut butter (I used crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place a silicon mini cupcake tray on a baking sheet.
  2. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Scoop approximately 1 generous tablespoon into each mold. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  3. Pop out of molds, put in a sealed container and enjoy straight from the freezer. Will keep for 2 weeks in the freezer. If you want to drizzle with chocolate sauce, link to the recipe is in the post.
