INGREDIENTS
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 small handful fresh herbs of choice (or 3 springs if using thyme or rosemary)
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or other citrus juice (approx 1 lemon)
  • 3 drops liquid organic stevia
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place tea bag and mint leaves in a 16 ounce glass mason jar. In a small sauce pot, bring water to a simmer. Pour water into mason jar. Squeeze in lemon juice and add stevia drops. Stir to combine and refrigerate overnight.
