INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large ripe banana (approx. 3/4 cup 1-inch banana pieces)
  • 2 medjool dates (buy with pit in then remove pit)
  • 2-3 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder (or extract)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup steamed & cooled cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup ice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in the order listed in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth. Optional || garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries for dipping
