INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup instant oats (I used Quaker, linked below)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I either Super Elixir flavor, linked below)
  • 2 teaspoons coconut flakes
  • pinch sea salt (1/8th tsp)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional but I think it adds the perfect balance)
  • Optional: 4"x6" plastic baggies (linked below)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a baggie or container of choice. Seal and shake to incorporate. Will keep for 1 month at room temperature. Make as many as you like!
