I’ve taken my expertise from the last decade and poured it into these meal plans, and they’re finally available! While I absolutely love my cookbooks, The Laura Lea Balanced Cookbook and Simply Laura Lea, they don’t offer structured meal plans, and they use more of those specialty items that aren’t as available or affordable right now. So I’ve created this new resource to serve different needs.
