TOTAL TIME :
2liters
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 hibiscus tea bags (can sub any refreshing, fruity tea you like)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 4 navel oranges, juiced (approximately 1 cup juice)
  • 1 navel orange, peeled
  • 25 ounces coconut water
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small sauce pot, combine water, tea bags and honey. Heat to medium until honey dissolves completely and tea starts to steep (you will see color bleed out of the tea bag). Remove from heat and set aside. Remove and discard tea bags after 5 minutes.
  2. In a large blender, combine, coconut water, orange juice, whole orange, tea and sea salt. Blender until ingredients are incorporated and liquid is smooth. Store tightly and keep refrigerated. Mixture will last for 1 week in the fridge.
