TOTAL TIME :5minutes5minutes
4servings
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups instant oats
  • 1 cup Medjool dates pitted (buy with the pit-in)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (or 1/4 tsp almond)
  • 3*** tablespoons unsweetened almond, coconut or cashew milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add dates to a food processor and blend until they form a chunky paste. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until just combined. **Feel free to start with less milk and add until it reaches your desired consistency. Enjoy immediately!
  2. Store leftover rawnola in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, if milk of choice was fresh when you made it. *Unless you have a wide-base Vitamix or Blendtec (instead of the original shape with a narrow base), do not attempt this in a blender. It will turn to complete mush for you to get it mixed together
