INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk (plus more as desired)
  • 1/4 ripe avocado (fresh)
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic kale
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic spinach
  • 1 frozen acai packet
  • 1 frozen banana (suggest chopping before freezing)
  • 1 scoop spirulina (brand linked below)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients (in the order listed) in a high powered blender and use a tamper to push the mixture around until it turns into a frozen-yogurt consistency. Add liquid as needed to get things moving! OPTIONAL TOPPINGS SUGGESTIONS: coconut flakes, fresh berries and/or banana, granola, almond butter or peanut butter
