INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup canned full fat coconut milk (can sub light or almond milk)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (approx. 1 orange. Zest before peeling)
  • 1 fresh navel orange
  • 1/3 cup yellow bell pepper seeded and diced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (sub maple syrup or leave out to taste)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender in the order listed and puree until smooth. Add water as necessary to reach desired thickness.
